URGENT!

In order to comply with current government advice around Covid precautions, we have taken the sad decision to postpone the Summer Party planned for this Friday 25 June to Friday 23 July.  We very much hope by then that we will be free to meet in a more relaxed and convivial way!  If you would like to join us, the general arrangements will be as below; please contact Liz by Wednesday 21 July on liz@fouracretrust.org.uk or 01981 580002

We look forward to welcoming as many as possible to join us for our Summer Party.  However, because of the ongoing uncertainty of necessary Covid precautions we need to reduce and refine the evening as follows:-

• Please bring everything you need for your party including your picnic and drinks, crockery, cutlery and glasses, sanitiser and chairs.
• Parking is limited on the lane leading to the church. If numbers justify it we will seek permission to park in the nearby field but either way it is a few minutes’ walk.
• There is no electricity or water supply to the site nor is there a wc.

The evening is planned to run as follows:-

6.00pm arrive and welcome talk about the church by Joan Thomas and members of The Friends of Garway Church.

This will be followed by tours of the church conducted my members of the Friends of Garway Church

There will also be a photographic display of the recent Drone Survey of the church roof and other areas.

7.00pm BYO Picnic

7.45pm Accompanied visit to the Dovecote

8.30pm Depart

As we are unable to provide our usual complementary drinks, you are invited to make a contribution to either The Friends of Garway Church or the Church itself.
